Welcome to Trinktopia! These are the Trinktopia Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our handmade candles. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Information
Trinktopia is a small business based in Sussex County, Delaware. All candles are hand-poured in small batches using wax blends, fragrance oils, and molds sourced primarily from the USA. Each product is unique, and slight variations in color, scent strength, and appearance are natural characteristics of handmade items.
2. Ordering
When placing an order, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.
- All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Custom candle orders are made to your specifications. Once production begins, they cannot be altered or canceled.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated processing time is 3–5 business days for premade candles and 7–14 business days for custom orders. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Trinktopia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are handed to the carrier.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because each candle is handmade, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective products. Customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery with proof of damage to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please review our full Refund & Returns Policy for more details.
5. Candle Safety
All candles should be burned according to the provided safety instructions. Trinktopia is not responsible for accidents, misuse, or damages that result from improper candle burning. Customers assume full responsibility for safe use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and product descriptions—belongs to Trinktopia and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinktopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
